So very true!

Now I know I’m definitely one guilty for complaining about being out of shape and chubby (@goodbadandfab’s tweet today quoting my comment - “I can’t wear leopard print.  With my fat ass, it’d be open hunting season”), but the Miss Universe webpage didn’t seem to sit right with me.  The large banner ad on the main page is for a “New Weight Loss Secret” complete with pics of a muffin top belly, while the pageant’s tag line proudly states “Confidently Beautiful.”  While I won’t deny that American’s are high on the obesity stats, it seemed a bit hypocritical.  Again, it could just be me overreacting at 3:15am while I eat Trader Joe’s Butter Chicken with garlic naan.  O.o
